PME is a high-tech company, founded in 2004 by employers of the leading german center of excellence for optical telecommunication systems and related Indium-Phosphide technology, the Heinrich Hertz Institute (HHI) in Berlin.

PME provides to its customers specific engineering solutions as well as microwave and optoelectronic components and systems. Examples for these products are kW-RF amplifiers, 40GHz prescalers, 10 GHz low noise amplfiers, 53 GHz voltage controlled oszilators or bench top gain flattened Erbium doped fiber amplifiers. These components are designed to meet the requirements of the leading telecommunication labs. PME as a small, flexible and scientific company can customize all products to the individual requirements of the customers.
